The famous painter held his first painting exhibition there and those who attended it realized from the first moment that he was a genius in Art.

Salvador Dali was one of the leading painters of the 20th century and was famous for the eccentric look with which he saw everyday life.

His perspective on things also influenced his artistic “concerns”, as a result of which he developed into one of the greatest painters of contemporary art.

His father was not enthusiastic about the idea of becoming a painter, but little Salvador, thanks to his mother’s insistence, attended his first painting lessons at a school in Figueres.

After the death of his mother at the age of 17 he went to Madrid and studied at the Academy of Arts.
