It belongs to the Swedish housing cooperative HSB, is 190 meters high and has 147 apartments on 54 floors.
The famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava was the man who designed the unique skyscraper and is a reference point throughout Sweden.
Its construction lasted about four years. The work began in 2001 and was completed in 2005.
