HAMBURG: A unique experience at the Car Museum Prototyp

Dear sports fans,

Hamburg offers you a unique opportunity to experience the magic of motoring and the history of post-WWII racing cars.

The Car Museum Prototyp is located at Shanghaiallee 7, 20457 and you will have the opportunity to see cars built after 1945. That’s when motor sports started to be held again.

The cars you will have the opportunity to see unique self-made cars – originals to the most modern.

There are also various exhibits concerning the records, books and anecdotes surrounding the vehicles.

The museum opened in 2008 and you will live a magical experience with how people were inspired by the uniqueness of racing cars from the mid-1940s.

Except Monday, the museum is open the rest of the days from 10 am to 6 pm.
