STADION MIEJSKI W BIALYMSTOKU

It is one of the most modern stadiums in Poland. It dates back to 1971, but recently several reconstruction works have been carried out and now the stadium is like new. The new stadium was opened in October 2014 and its capacity is 22,432 seats. It is entirely owned by the city of Białystok and is considered one of the attractions of the region. Mainly used for football matches. Around the stadium there are restaurants and a science museum.

Try chłodnik litewski, Kapuśniak (two wonderful vegetable soups) pierogi, golonka and accompany pyry z gzikiem or to pyzy which are boiled or baked potatoes. Of course taste the traditional Polish soups zurek, chlodnik or bigos. Be sure to try Bigos, traditional Tripe (delicate beef giblets), Zrazy which is a meat dish, Kotlet schabowy. For street food eat zapiekanka. Accompany your meal with traditional beer or mulled wine. Restaurants that have Mediterranean, Arabic, Asian and American cuisine can be found in every corner of the city.
