STAMFORD BRIDGE

It is the “home” of Chelsea FC with a capacity of 40,834 seats. It built in 1876 and opened in 28 April 1887. It renovated two times, firstly in 1904 and secondly in 1998. In 1887, Stamford Bridge was the stadium, which used from London Athletic Club until 1905. Then, Chelsea FC used it for its home games until today. Stamford Bridge is in South West London and has been a venue a lot of other sports, like rugby, baseball, American football, cricket, speedway and greyhound racing.

You can find everywhere all the cuisines! One of the most popular nightlife areas is near the city center. In Soho and Covent Garden, you will find a lot of places to drink and eat. The areas around Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are full of drink and dance options! Throughout the city, there are a lot of pubs and bars, venues with live music and elegant clubs all promote music innovation and overnight entertainment.

 WHERE TO STAY

The most expensive hotels are in the cetrral. If you want to explore London mainly on foot, stay between Mayfair and Covent Garden. If you are looking for something cheaper, but still relatively central, take a look in the Marylebone and Fitzrovia areas. You can find excellent and cheaper hotels in Kensington and Paddington, but these areas are not in central London.
