It was built in 1958 and over the decades various reconstructions and renovations took place, so that it meets UEFA’s specifications for European competitions. During the Bosnian War (1992-95) it was seriously damaged, but over the years the necessary works were carried out. Its capacity is 9,000 seats and there is a park nearby. Also, because it is located in the urban fabric, there are universities, cafes, restaurants nearby.
