Vienna is a city that no matter how many times you visit it, you will discover a different “treasure” each time.
The Austrian capital is the city that offers unique attractions that you will not find anywhere else.
At Berggasse 19, Vienna, Alsergrund you will find the museum of Sigmund Freud, the leading physiologist, neurologist and psychiatrist who was born on May 6, 1856 and died on September 23, 1939.
The museum is housed in the house where he lived and worked from 1891 to 1938. It is housed in a classic Viennese apartment building and is the birthplace of psychoanalysis.

Freud’s spirit is still preserved today, as you will find yourself in the space where his great works such as “The Interpretation of Dreams” and “The Ego and the Id” were created.
Visit the private rooms of the Austrian psychiatrist, see the operating room, manuscripts, books, recipes, tools, personal belongings and walk in his footsteps.

The doors, handles, wardrobes and everything else you see inside the museum have remained untouched from the time he lived and before he was forced to flee to London in 1938 due to the Nazi invasion.
