SEVILLE: The Museum where you will learn everything about Flamenco

Dear sports fans,

You are in Seville, the city that loves sports, culture and especially dance. Flamenco is an important part of the culture of Seville and Andalusia in general.

The Museo del Baile Flamenco is worth a visit. The Museum was created in 2006 thanks to the initiative of the famous flamenco dancer Cristina Hoyos.

You can visit the 18th century building that houses the museum and learn all about the famous Andalusian dance.

Events are organized in the courtyard and you will have the opportunity to see the best dancers every night.

The museum is housed on the 1st and 2nd floors. In an interactive way you will be informed about the history of flamenco, you will see historical costumes of the last two centuries and you will learn everything you need to know about the origin of the dance.

Especially on the 2nd floor you will find exhibitions of works of art, such as paintings, drawings and sculptures by various artists not only from Spain.

The museum’s opening hours are from 11:00 to 18:00.

The performances take place at 17:00, 19:00 and 20:45.
