Sarma are many stuffed cabbage rolls and are filled with rice, minced meat, spices and smoked.

To make it as flavorful as possible, the cooks simmer it for hours so that it melts in your mouth.

The aromas, flavors and texture in your mouth cause an explosive combination and for this reason it is considered one of the finest Balkan dishes.

You can also find it in other Balkan countries such as Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Turkey.
