MILAN: Paolo Maldini’s favorite neighborhood!

Milan is the city of fashion, culture and gastronomy. It is also the city of sports, with top clubs in football, basketball and volleyball.

If you have time during your stay in Milan for a sporting event, then we would recommend you to visit the Brera area, which is considered one of the hottest neighborhoods for bohemian residents or travelers.

There you will meet actors, artists, and even football players. Don’t be surprised if during your walk, you meet Paolo Maldini on the streets.

The iconic captain of AC Milan has this area in his heart and for this reason he often visits the elegant district to enjoy a meal or take a walk.

There you will find museums, such as the Pinacoteca di Brera, which has 36 different rooms with works of classical art from various periods. The Pinacoteca is housed in Palazzo Brera and there you will have the opportunity to visit the Brera Library, the astronomical observatory and the botanical gardens.

Walk the streets, enjoy the colorful houses, boutiques and cafes, sit down to eat in the sophisticated restaurants and feel the artistic aura.

Also in the area is the famous house of Eros Ramazzotti.
