Lisbon is a wonderful city that is worth exploring every corner of and visiting most of its museums. Also, the cuisine of the Portuguese capital is magical and we would recommend that you try the local dishes.

About an hour and a half away from the center of the Portuguese capital, is the city of Óbidos. It is in the province of Leiria and if you have free time, we would recommend that you visit it and travel back in time.
Historians claim that it was built on the site of the ancient Roman city of Eburobrittium and in the various excavations, Roman baths and ruins have been discovered.
The locals have every reason to brag about the city that is as if you have seen it before through images of fairy tales.
Every year, a chocolate festival is held. Nowadays, it is considered a vast bookstore, since the most important attractions have book sales and exhibition points.
Wander through the alleys, visit Castelo de Óbidos, Igreja de Santa Maria, Igreja-Livraria de Santiago, Igreja de São Pedro, Igreja da Misericórdia and Buddha Eden Garden.
