Festas Gualterianas awaits you to have fun, eat, be entertained and live a unique experience.
This is a festival that has been going on for over a century! It usually peaks on the first weekend of August, but already the festivities have begun.
On Friday 2 August the program includes the Opening Praça Restauração in Largo do Juncal (12.00), the parade of drum groups (18.30), Singing to the Challenge in Largo do Juncal (20.30), Fado Lovers in Largo de Donães (21.00) , Fernando Daniel concert at Largo do Toural (22.00) and DJ Set at Largo do Toural (23.30).
The Festas Gualterianas began as trade fairs celebrated in honor of Saint Gualter since 1906 and all events are free.
In general, the program flower fights, bullfights. lots of live music and plenty of food.
The events started from July 26 and ends on August 5, 2024.
