GLASGOW: Taste haggis, neeps and tatties!

Dear sports fans,

Glasgow is a city that is full of sports and is mainly dominated by football.

It is also worth trying the local whiskeys. However, we would recommend that you taste a Scottish comfort food. Haggis, neeps and tatties should be on your gastronomic menu if you want to try this traditional delicacy.

Haggis, which does not contain many offal and mainly liver, is accompanied by mashed potatoes and carrots and will cause you an explosion of taste emotions. Many prefer to add whiskey sauce.

This particular dish is eaten all year round in Scotland, but is often preferred on January 25 in honor of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns. The Scots call it a Burns dinner.

Haggis, neeps and tatties is a dish that you can find in many restaurants abroad, but in Glasgow you will have the opportunity to taste the classic traditional recipe.
