BERLIN: Currywurst has been loved since 1949!

Dear sports fans,

When you are in Berlin, then you should definitely make a stop at one of the many eateries in the city to taste one of the most famous street foods.
Currywurst is a juicy, thick and spicy sausage that Germans and travelers have loved for decades.

In particular, since 1949 it has been considered one of the favorite street foods of those who love sausages.
The abundant ketchup, curry and paprika that “dress” the sausage create an explosion of sensations in your mouth.
Legend has it that this particular recipe was made by accident by a street vendor who accidentally dropped curry powder into the ketchup.
It has nothing to do with the New York hot dog. It is served with potatoes and bread and many prefer to eat it in the evening, accompanying it with a beer.

One of the most important places to eat a tasty currywurst is Krasselts Imbiss Berlin (Steglitzer Damm 22, 12169, Berlin))
