***  OLD KLAKSVIK CEMETERY

It is a special sculpture by the artist Hans Pauli Olsen, who creates unusual statues. It shows a beautiful girl in a horizontal position with her head and feet resting on two rocks. Legend has it that this particular girl was going to get married, but on the way she was kidnapped by a giant who lured her into his cave.

FOOD AND DRINK

The cuisine of the Faroe Islands is unique, having restaurants with Michelin stars. It is worth trying the fermented meat, lamb, root vegetables, potatoes, turnips and rhubarb.
