Its green parks, its bohemian atmosphere and the fact that it is built at the confluence of two rivers (Danube, Sava) are a combination of unparalleled beauty for every traveler. It is one of the oldest cities in the Balkans and built on 32 hills. Belgrade has “suffered” a lot in the past, has been bombed and demolished, but always manages to look proudly at the present and the future. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and it is worth spending enough time to wander its streets and its neighborhoods. The vibrancy of its inhabitants and its nightlife rank it as one of the best destinations, especially if accompanied by a sporting event.
