Dear sports fans,

Stuttgart is a wonderful city that is worth visiting once in your life and exploring it inch by inch!

In the vicinity of Stuttgart and within an hour’s drive, we would recommend you to visit the village where the great Jürgen Klopp grew up.

The iconic German coach was born in Stuttgart on June 16, 1967, but grew up in a village in the Black Forest called Glatten.

There he first played football as a child at the age of 5. It is worth visiting the facilities of SV Glatten, where Klopp played from the age of 5 to 16 and then moved to TuS Ergenzingen.

Certainly, the sports facilities of SV Glatten have now been modernized compared to the sports facilities where Jürgen Klopp first played football.

However, it is worth walking through the village where little Jürgen learned the sport and visiting the training center of the team where he began his football career, conquering the football planet a few decades later with his successes as a coach.
