<p>The oldest church in the city dates from 1329 and is of the Gothic style. It was rebuilt in 1518 and renovated in 1743 in the Baroque style.</p>

<p>It was built in 1753 for Bishop Padányi Biró Márton and is a spacious two-story mansion. Then it was sold and bought by important personalities of the country and in 1977 when the main building of the Megaros was renovated, it hosts various exhibitions in the museum.</p>

<p>It was built in the mid-19th century in neo-Romanesque style and is an important cultural landmark for the region. See the organ from 1903 and the marble swimming pool which is from 1883.</p>

<p>It was destroyed in 1945 and today you will find a Holocaust memorial. In the building of the former Talmud Torah, there is a prayer house for believers of the Jewish religious community</p>

<p>In 1909, the villa that was first built in 1905 for the district judge Ferenc Vermes took its current form. Now is the external workplace of the Slovak National Gallery.</p>

<p>The construction of the temple was completed in 1998 and has a postmodern architecture.</p>

<p>It is the oldest cemetery in the city and the resting place of many generations of Jewish families. There you will also find the tomb of the famous Rabbi Yehuda Assad.</p>
